Employment and labour law
The UEL is actively working to promote a modern, attractive work environment that fosters business competitiveness.
In a context marked by rapid changes in the labor market, labor shortages, rising absenteeism, and an aging population, businesses are facing new economic, technological, and organizational challenges. These developments raise major issues such as the modernization of labor law, the integration of artificial intelligence, the simplification of administrative burdens, as well as the attraction, retention, and development of talent.
Working Group
As a social partner, the UEL maintains an ongoing dialogue with the relevant authorities and, together with its members and within the “Employment and Labor Relations” working group, develops concrete positions and proposals to support these developments.
